133 Hill St. Apartments is one of the newest student housing projects on The University of Michigan campus.  These new luxury apartments offer residents secure quality housing within footsteps of campus and downtown. Each unit is fully furnished complete with granite countertops, hardwood floors, and two bedrooms per one bathroom on each floor. Other high-end amenities include 37” flat screen HDTV’s, I POD stereo systems, and video security surveillance.

This new kind of “green” student housing is developed to be environmentally conscious as it reduces light and waste water pollution, minimizes construction waste, and uses local building materials. Additionally, the location of the site will help promote the use of public transportation, bicycles, and sidewalks.  By utilizing these green building techniques this new kind of student housing also achieves LEED certification.
